This workout is 10 rounds of 5 pullups and 5 dips. 10 situps optional. No rest between rounds. Bonus of 3 sets ring rows at the end. Fantastic for building muscle in the upper body and a great quick workout to throw into your routine 2-3x a week. I’m using Monkii Bars 2 for the dips. These Monkii bars have been amazing and I’ll likely carry them with me throughout the rest of the journey.
