I always travel with a set of resistance bands. You never know if you will have access to a gym. Here is part 1 of my travel resistance band workout series.

3-4 sets, 25-30 reps of each exercise.
1. Back:

2. Chest

3. Shoulders
-side raise
-front raise
-shoulder press

4. Arms
-biceps curls
-triceps extension

5. Core
-Sit ups
