Only Ians 5th session and still learning new things 🙂

we started the session with some 2 minute rounds on the heavy bag to warm up .. then moved onto barbell bench press, incline cable flyes , a dumbbell shoulder tri-set of shoulder press, lateral raises and dear delt flyes, then moved on to dips and finally finished with 3 rounds of a pushup circuit to failure !

fantastic focus on form as always .. top job
