– Warm Up: 10 min cardio

– Bench Press (Flat) warm up (WU)-12-10-8 reps

– Lat Pull Down WU-12-10-8

– One Arm Dumbbell Row WU-12-10-8

– Dumbbell Shoulder Press (Seated) WU-12-10-8

– Seated Dumbbell Bicep Curl WU-12-10-8

– Tricep Pushdown WU-12-10-8
