Legs:
– sumo squats 1×3 with 12 repetitions
– squat press 1×3 with 12 repetitons
– jump squats 1×3 with 12 repetitions

Arms
-Push up dumbbell rolls
– triceps dips 1×3 with 12 repetition
– burpees 1×3 with 12 repetitions

Core
– v-ups 1×3 with 12 repetitions
– alternate crunch and toe touches 1×2 with 12 repetitons
– Russian 1×2 with 12 repetitions
