Beginners: x6 Reps
Intermediate: x10 Reps
Advanced: x15 Reps

Go Through the whole workout with one set (Like a Big Circuit and do 2min Cardio at the breaks)
Or do 2-3 sets per Muscles areas and move to next one with breaks
