2 Upper Body Workouts | New Computer

Hey guys! I’ve kind of been out of commission for a week due to some technical problems but hopefully I’m back!
In the mean time I filmed these 2 workouts, 1 for back and the other for shoulders. Below is each workout in reps/sets. I do plan on doing Vlogmas this year so keep your eyes open for my first video!

Back Workout:
1. Dumbell Row 4 sets of 12-15 reps
2. Cable Row 4 sets of 12 reps
3. Lat Pulldowns 4 sets of 12-15 reps
The rest I didn’t get on film so I can’t remember it 🙁

Shoulders:
1. Dumbell Lateral Raise 4-5 sets 15 reps
2. Dumbell Front Raises 4 sets of 10 reps per arm
3. Dumbell Rear Delt Flies 4 sets of 12-15 reps
4. Arnold Press 4 sets of 12-15 reps
5. Face Pulls 4 sets of 15-20 reps
