Today’s workout will focus on helpign you build a toned upper body while burning excess body fat. This is a super quick workout that you can knock out in your local park.

Today’s workout:

-5 pullups
-10 pushups
-5 chinups
-30 sec jump rope – regular bounce

**No rest between each exercise
**Rest 30 sec between circuits
**Complete 6 circuits total
