♦Hey guys today I´ll be showing you my home upper body chest workout routine. This workout guide is for beginners and with higher reps and sets for intermediate.
♦This workout should take you 20-30 minutes with proper 15secs rest between sets and 1min rest between exercises. And as I said in video.. don´t rush this workout, do it slowly so you can build up good strength and mass. 😉
