Got a little shoulder warmup to prep these debts for push day. Scroll down a little to find a great shoulder warmup to prep. I am getting back into lifting with a touch of some mobility and healthy rehab before I get into my lifts these days. Here for push day we got:

Flat bench 4s 8-10r
Narrow grip flat bench 4s 10-12r
Cable tricep push down 3s x 12-15r
Cable tricep pull down 3s x 12-15r
Cable high chest flyes 3s x 12-15r
Chest press machine 3s x 10-12r
