I share with you my TOP 7 Tips you should know before you begin!
I also provided y’all with a short at home workout that you can do right after you finish watching this video! 😉

HIIT Workout:
20 walk out planks
20 jumping jacks
20 burpees (beginner or advanced)
20 squats
20 (10 ea leg) step back lunge with arm raises
20 couch squat jumps
40 mountain climbers + push up after every 10 reps
Complete 2x for a challenge, 1x for beginners!
