Oh my gosh! this was a killer! Im still sore!! I have been having issues with my ankle so I’m taking it easy. I can’t really bend my foot a lot to lunge a lot of weight right now on the flat ground, and its NOT fun but I never give up, and neither should you. Im trying to strengthen my ankles, and legs for pistol squats, so single leg exercises are a great way to do that. If you have an injury the best thing to do is to make sure you Rest, Ice it and Elevate it!! “baby”, the daylights out of it, and do NOT push yourself!! You could permanently damage it further. I hope you enjoy this butt burner, and blast the fat at the end with that HIIT!! I could barely breath. Don’t forget to like and subscribe!
