Quads-focused leg day|| My current leg day routine

Exercise home

See complete workout description below:

1. Warm up for 10 minutes on stair master.
Every exercise here was done for 4 sets, 10-12 Reps (no more, I am on a cut)
2. Front squats (open rack)
3. Front squats on Smith machine.
4. Sumo squats on Smith machine.
5.*1 Set dead lift on Smith machine (because racks were occupied)
6. 4 sets dead lifts in open rack.
