1) Towel Hammer Curl – 4 sets x 8-12 reps
***SUPER SET***
1) Towel Tricep Pushdowns – 4 sets x 8-12 reps

2) Preacher Towel Curls – 4 sets x 8-12 reps

3) Towel Tricep Kick Back – 4 sets x 8-12 reps

4) Standing Towel High Curl – 4 sets x 8-12 reps (2 sets 1 hand)

5) Towel Tricep Extensions – 4 sets x 8-12 reps

5) Bodyweight Dips – 4 sets x 8-12 reps
