Hey guys in this video I will be showing you some basic exercises for growing a booty at the gym!
If y’all are skinny like me and trying to bulk up this is perfect for you, as well as beginners 🙂

WORKOUT :

(worm up)

1) Treadmill:
incline X one round

2) Elliptical:
*till 100 calories is burned*

EXERCISES:

Hip Abduction
3×15

Leg press x3
Full squat x15
Pulses (UP YOUR WEIGHT!) x15

Barbell squat (triset)
1.Full squat x 20
2.Dips x 20
3.Pulses x 20
