Training Phase 5 – Triset 2 – Quads – The second triset for the quads is the leg extension/hack squat/leg extension. It’s important to set the leg extension machine up correctly and never lock the knees during the hack squat. Go for 10 reps/8 reps/6-8 reps or till failure. 2 sets in general, 3 for the more advanced trainers.
