Laying Single Arm Tricep Extensions (5 Sets):
– Set 1: 50lbs X 10
– Set 2: 50lbs X 10
– Set 3: 50lbs X 10
– Set 4: 60lbs X 12
– Set 5: 70lbs X MAX (10)

Standing Triangle Bar Cable Pulldowns (6 Sets):
– Set 1: 50lbs X 15

– Set 5: 140lbs X 11
– Set 6: 200lbs X MAX (10)

Standing Oblique Cable Crunches (6 Sets):
