1,000 pounds for 103 reps. Terrible Set Up, my hands were throbbing , going numb and shutting down in the noose of the lifting straps. My quads are bruised and bleeding. I’m glad I did this workout though, thank you Sam Ernill for Transcendent Training and AlphaDestiny for Rack Pull Awareness
