Pilates Bum Legs and Thighs Workout 💖 Home Workout to Sculpt and Tone The Lower Body 👙💦
This workout will lift and tone all the muscles of the glutes to give you a nice, perky bubble butt. We also focus on exercises to strengthen and tone the inner and outer thighs, as well as the hamstrings.
We are going work that cute little booty of yours with this pilates fusion workout!!
This workout combines traditional toning Pilates moves, with standing exercises which all come from the core, but allow us to work the muscles in the lower body with some extra resistance
This workout is perfect to do at home or at a gym. It is a lower body Pilates workouts that is suitable for all fitness levels. Take beginner modification if necessary.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
BEGINNER: Complete This Workout
INTERMEDIATE: Complete This Workout + 1 More PSB Workout Video
ADVANCED: Complete This Workout + 2 More PSB Workout Videos
EQUIPMENT: I used 1.5 KG (3 LB) weights. The workout will still be effective as a body weight routine, but for extra sculpting the added resistance is great.
Challenge yourself with your weights, just ensure you can complete all the repetitions with good form.
