Here is my entire Lower Hypertrophy day training session from the IIFYM Apparel Shoulders Focus Program! I had to make quite a few modifications because of how busy the gym was, so I’ll list them below! Here’s the session:
Low Foot Placement Leg Press: 3×8
Hip Thrust: 3×10 (instead of 3×8)
Barbell Stiff-legged Deadlift: 3×8
Leg Extension: 4×12
Leg Curl: 4×12
Upright Row: 4×12
Machine Shoulder Press: 4×10 (instead of 4×12)
