Vegan Bodybuilding and Powerlifting Workout – Legs
Following a push/pull/legs routine for building strength and muscle!

Today’s music of choice: AS BLOOD RUNS BLACK

Planning to hit legs 2x per week, once using a wide stance powerlifting squat and once using a closer, Olympic-style squat. Both days I’m going to aim for 3 sets of 5 with followed by one lighter down set for more volume, then paused squats afterwards.

Close stance squat (no belt)
195x3x5
135×10 (down set for extra volume)
175x3x5 (pause for 1-2 seconds at the bottom)

Trap bar deadlifts x 3 sets
Leg extensions x 5 sets (done rest pause style)
Lying leg curls x 5 sets (done rest pause style)
TRX suspended pikes/knee tucks x 3 sets
