A superset is 2 workouts completed back to back with little to no rest in between

WORKOUT
SUPERSET– 3 sets
Reverse lunges :10 each leg
RDLs: 12
SUPERSET–3 sets
GOblet squat:15
Squat to curtsy lunge: 5 each leg
SUPERSET–3 sets
Side lunges: 10 each leg
Pistol squats: 5 each leg
