This is a day in my life on a weekend! My mom is in town and I had the day off of work so decided to take you through my day, my leg workout, with seattle adventures, the food I’m eating and show you a little insight into how I am trying to live MORE flexibly!

LEG WORKOUT:

10 minute stairmaster

2×10/10 kneeling cable kickbacks
2×10/10 standing cable kickbacks

Resistance band barbell squats 6 sets of 10

Superset: Repeat 4 times
Dumbbell hold sumo squats 12
Dumbbell hold pulse squats

Superset: Repeat 4 times
Leg press 20/15/12/10
Jump squats 20/15/12/10

Hamstring curls 4 sets of 10-12

10 minutes stair master
