DAY IN THE LIFE | LEG WORKOUT WITH COMMENTARY

A day in the life with me!
Find these sort of chill days the easiest to vlog, i also do a workout with commentary for a change which i enjoyed doing so hopefully will be doing more of those, but to make things easier…
THE WORKOUT:
Activations supersets-
Superset 1: 15 side lunges and 15 sumo squats X3
Superset 2: 12 each leg RB kickbacks and 15 RB glute bridges (SQUEEZE AT TOP) X3

MAIN WORKOUT:
1A: 4X12 (+ 1 warm up set of 15) Bench squats

2A: 4X12 Smith machine hip thrusts

3A: 3X12 each leg Static lunge with barbell under your legs
3B: 3X12 (6 each leg) Gross hurty things (squat kneel down to feet)

4A: 3X12 Sissy squat
4B: 3X15 Sissy squat bodyweight
