Tricep is a bigger muscle than bicep. If you want the size, then do more tricep excersises rather than biceps, they will give more mass to your arm, will also help a lot your bench press. Very good workout if done properly, contract the muscle that you are trying to train with each rep, dont just go for the numbers.
