Sit on the top of the total gym bench and lie back until your head is relaxed.
Lead with your elbows internally rotating your hands so the back of your hands come close to your cheeks.
Believe it or not, this version of upright row on the total gym is one of the best because no cheating is possible.
Your delts and traps are isolated and you can focus on them without worrying about cheating.
The total gym also allows you to transition into other exercises rather easily.
