➤Side Lateral Raise: 3 sets x 10 reps

➤ Arnold Press: 3 sets x 10 reps

➤Front Raise: 3 sets x 10 reps
➤Rear Delt Flyes: 3 sets x 10 reps

4.
➤One Arm Upright Row: 3 sets x 10 reps
