Your shoulders are an important part of your body, make sure to give them the love they need.
In this video you see me working on the rear deltoid muscle. This is a good exercise for people working on computers.
Strengthening the back side of your should will over time lead to a better posture, but also give you a rounder and fuller look of the joint itself. If aesthetics is what you are looking for, give this exercise a try.
I worked on 3 different planes in one exercise:
1. over the shoulder
2. shoulder height
3. below the shoulder.
Make sure to have a solid stance, brace your core and move slowly and with lots of control.
If you have a close look at my hand positions at the beginning and the end of each pull, you will see that I aimed for external rotation too.
This way you can simultaeonously strenghten your rotator cuff too.
You might not be able to add a lot of weight, but donig this movement slowly and holding it gives your muscles plenty of stimulation and keeps your joint as save as possible.
