➡️Rope Front Raises are a great exercise to build the front deltoid. A strong front deltoid will help assist on your chest workouts. Front deltoids are relatively easy to build up if you keep these tips in mind.

✅Stand with your chest up, and pull the weight from the bottom up to the maximum point of tension. Any further, and you are taking tensions off the muscle which means less breakdown of the muscle which means less gains.

✅Use a weight that you can accurately target the front delt with. You don’t need to go super heavy.

✅Keep your thumbs pointed up throughout the movement. This will better target your front delts.

❌Don’t swing your entire body. You are not working the whole body, you are targeting the front delts.

❌Don’t go past the point of maximum contraction. Focus on keeping tension on the muscle.
