+Bicep & Tricep Workout Overview+

1.) Superset: Barbell Curls: 4 x 8 into
Close Grip Bench Press: 4 x 8

2.) Superset: Close-Grip Barbell Curls: 4 x 8 into
EZ Bar Skullcrushers: 4 x 8

3.) Superset: Hanging EZ Bar Curls: 4 x 8 into
BodyWeight Skullcrushers: 4 x 8

4.) Superset: Rope Curls: 4 x 15 into
Tricep Pushdowns ( V Bar) : 4 x 15

+Rest between sets= 45 seconds
