RECIPES:
1. Chicken Wings, Potatoes, Broc
-12 De-skinned chicken wings
-6-8 Potatoes
-Broccoli
-Keg Seasoning & onion powder
-Salt
-Dried Parsely
-Extra virgin olive oil or canola oil

➢Season chicken wings with keg seasoning and onion powder
and bake for 20-30minutes on 375F
➢Cut up potatoes and sprinkle oil. Season with salt and dried parsley and bake for 20 minutes on 375F
➢Wash broccoli and cut up into smaller pieces
➢Bring pot of water to a boil and throw in broccoli
➢Drain broccoli once soft
➢Portion all food into containers

2. Healthy Burritos
-2 Packages of lean ground turkey or lean ground chicken
-Chili powder
-Tomatoes, cilantro & half of an onion
-Lime juice
-Salt and pepper
-Shredded Cheese
-Black Beans
-Whole Wheat Pitas
-Extra virgin olive oil or canola

➢Dice up tomatoes, onions and cilantro and put it all into a bowl
➢Season the mixture with lime juice, salt and pepper and stir the mixture
➢Shred a block of cheese and put into a container
➢Rinse out black beans and put it into a separate container
➢Put oil in a pan and throw in lean ground turkey/chicken into pan and season with chili powder and stir until cooked
➢Put cooked ground turkey/chicken into a large container
