Warm-up: 1 min walk on treadmill at incline
30 sec shuffle right
30 sec shuffle left
30 sec sprint, rest 30 sec (repeat 5x)

Back & Biceps

SUPERSET 1 | 3 sets
12 wide grip bicep curls on cable machine
12 close grip bicep curls on cable machine

SUPERSET 2 | 4 sets
12 reverse fly
12 single arm row

SUPERSET 3 | 4 sets
12 single arm lat pull-down on cable machine (each arm)
12 close grip lat pull-down on cable machine

TRI-SET | 3 sets
20 alternating cross body curls
15 drag curls
12 single arm reverse fly (each arm)

Ab Circuit
10 weighted alternating single leg v-ups
15 leg lifts w/ booty lift holding weights
10 weighted sit ups
10 leg circles to left
10 leg circles to right
