Part of my bicep workout on February 8 2018. Warm up with light weight then hit 40’s with a goal of 5 sets of 10(each arm). Then did sets with heavier weight and after that hammer curls with 30’s. This is just one of the two bicep workouts I did. The other one was reverse grip curls with inward grip bar.
